I had fun shooting this family. It reminded me of my own, where the littlest one requires the whole tribe to direct his attention. We wanted to get as many shots in as possible while beating the setting sun. Both boys were very good sports! Happy Holiday Westlings and fam!

Sam I am!!!

This is Sam. That is Samantha, Sam for short! She is a spectacularly perfect little being. Paula and Mark are truly blessed. I couldn't have been happier to stare at her zoomed in on a 27" screen. It just doesn't get any better. I am so excited for what she will bring to their lives. Folks, you are about to live! I have only the best wishes and love for you!

Troxler Fam!

I had a blast shooting my friends Jason, Wendy and their young family. My hubby and I take full credit for Jason and Wendy! We set them up 5 years ago. They have a full house with 3 under 4 yrs old and a new giant dog. The boys had a blast just being boys and their sister had fun watching them. The dog, just watched. This is by far the most mellow big dog I have ever seen. Hard to believe she is a puppy and only half the size she will be. They love being a family and I think it shows!

Prego Paula

These of of my special friend Paula. She is so genuinely excited to become a mother! She is incredibly friendly and loving. I can't wait to meet the little princess that is about to gift their lives in ways they can't even imagine.

US Open of Surfing

This was super cool experience! The patience and art of this sport is astounding. They wait and wait for the "perfect wave". Such a wave only delivers a 10-30 second ride in which they argue the laws of gravity and physics. These world class athletes delivered!

These girls are mine, all mine! These are our two oldest and also our first "set" of kids. Abbigail and Isabelle are spectacular people and I am immensly blessed and honored to get to live my life with them in it. Their vibrant, rich red hair has very much affected and shaped our lives. I love that it gives me a reason to preach my ongoing sermon to them about living extraordinary lives because God made them to stand out!

Isabel is what Van Gogh had in mind!

Isabel is one of those girls that exudes beauty. That addage about someone having an old soul completely describes both her look and personality. She is very classic. She is reserved, soft spoken and kind. Being with her makes me feel peaceful. Isabel has a confidence at 14 that most adults I know don't have. Spending an afternoon with her was a pleasure!
