Sylerose

This is Sylerose. She is a precious "tiny bird". She was very patient with me as I stuffed her in a cocoon, laid her in a nest, stuffed her in a bowl and attached various frills. She kept opening just one eye. Certainly she was checking me out! Only a couple of weeks old this sweetie already has a lot of character. Congrats Mel, Shane and Keegan!

Lake Powell

Lake Powell is a man made lake on the border of Utah and Arizona that resembles the Grand Canyon. It's beauty astounds me.

Every sunset is a spectacular one!

Fire on the Mountain

These pictures are from the day the Shultz Fire started. It was started by an abandoned campfire and devoured thousands and thousands of acres instantly.

This is a truck belonging to Flagstaff Fire. They actually had little to do with this particular fire. It was a cool coincidence that they drove by as I was capturing the smoke rising from behind Mt. Elden.

Smoke was rising 30,000 feet. This is the opposite side of the mountain in which the top peak (Humphrey's is around 12,000 ft).

Mike and Keri tie the knot

This is one of my favorites! She looks so relaxed and happy.

Their baby boy gave her away and was a perfect angel the entire day!
Loved that the flower girl ate her flowers as she walked down the aisle.

I knew this was going to be a fun wedding. Mike is a firefighter and has a lot of "brothers". It was an outside wedding that was very laid back and relaxed. The weather had been unseasonably hot, but not that day. It was a spectucularly beautiful cool day with just a tad bit of rain.

Sweet Charlotte

I shot these within the first few days of brand new teeth. It amazes me how a baby turns into a kid with the addition of a few pearly razors.

Around the same time she gained a new sense of super independence and wouldn't let anyone feed her. She was capable of giant disaster with nothing more than raisins.

These photo's truly captured her in that moment! I will cherish these forever. I especially like the one where she looks just a wee bit nuts!
